Program Bantuan Rakyat 1 Malaysia Launching Ceremony, Negeri Sembilan State-level
Dato’ Seri Utama Haji Mohamad Haji Hasan graciously launched the BR1M program in a ceremony at Masjid Qariah Kampung Sawah Pachitan late afternoon today.
Malaysia’s Prime Minister’s thoughtfulness and concern for the people was inevitable in the presentation of 2012 budget as the presentation revealed to be in-depth and thorough.
In his speech, Menteri Besar clarified to the audience regarding this approach of the government to deter confusion amongst the citizens in the event the opposition reaches out to the villages and homesteads with the purpose of manipulating the Barisan Nasional government’s agendas to bring welfare and prosperity to the people.
According to Menteri Besar, BR1M forms are available at all state offices; Community Service Centre (Pusat Khidmat Masyarakat) or ADUN Service Centre via JKKK and village officials.
BR1M forms are also obtainable at SUK Negeri Sembilan office and LHDN from December 10 2011 until January 10 2012.
The uniqueness of BR1M is in its prioritization of citizens with income below RM 3,000, breadwinner of the family regardless of gender, and to single mothers with schooling children.
Eligible applicants for BR1M will be provided with cash voucher worth RM500, cashable at Bank Simpanan Nasional beginning January 15 until March 15 2012.
It is in the aspiration of Menteri Besar the goodwill of the Barisan Nasional government to alleviate the burden of the people will be appraised in a positive light instead as election remuneration.
In the same ceremony, Menteri Besar presented awards and gifts to excellent students from DUN Chuah, contributed by Jimah Power.
Prior to that, Menteri Besar joined the congregation Friday prayer at Masjid Qariah Kampung Sawah Pachitan subsequent to Menteri Besar’s working visit to Kampung Chuah Port Dickson.
Also present were Dato’ Ismail Taib, State Government EXCO with Mr. Yit Lee Kok, DUN Chuah Administrator Officer.
